Two Hurt, One Missing In Cachuma Lake Incident
Santa Barbara County firefighters spent Friday evening looking for a boater who may have drowned.
Fire crews rescued one person from a boat and another from the water at Cachuma Lake. Both people were not hurt.
A camper reported seeing someone frantically waving from a boat around 8 p.m.
Fire engineer Russ Sechler said the details are still unclear what happened.
Search teams temporarily suspended the search around 10 p.m. due to poor visibility.
Sechler said they would renew the search at daybreak.
