Concert In The Park Crowd Enjoys Rock ‘n’ Roll

It gets crowded at Chase Palm Park in Santa Barbara on Thursdays during the summer.

Free concerts in the park are the main attraction.

Captain Cardiac and the Coronaries performed music from the 50s and 60s this week.

They dressed in matching red jackets and moved like a boy band.

Concertgoers packed picnics, and brought lawn chairs and blankets.

Many couples got up and danced in front of the outdoor stage.

There are four more concerts in the series, including one highlighting young musicians.

Next week a band called Savor will play Santana songs and more.
