Unity Shoppe Cars Damaged By Oak Tree

Cars belonging to the Unity Shoppe were damaged after an old oak tree came crashing down late Sunday night in Mission Canyon.

The three cars are used to help the organization serve low income families by picking up food and donations. Barbara Tellefson, Unity Shoppe Executive Director, says it will take a lot of donations to fix or replace the cars. She estimates the damage will cost about $75,000 to fix the cars.

People who want to help the Unity Shoppe can visit their website and donate to the cause.
