Raku Japanese Restaurant Closes in SLO
A popular Japanese fusion restaurant in downtown San Luis Obispo has suddenly closed.
A sign posted outside of Raku says the restaurant would be closing on Tuesday. It says, “thank you SLO for all your support. We will be closing the door on the 31st. It’s been a true honor serving you!”
Raku has been in business for two years in San Luis Obispo.
The owner tells us he could no longer afford the rent and is sad to shut down his business.
