3 Injured After Car Hits Underpass in Goleta

Officials from the Santa Barbara County Fire Department say three people were injured after a car hit the underpass at Los Caneros Road Thursday evening.

It happened just before 6:45 p.m.on northbound Highway 101.

Santa Barbara County Fire says one person was transported to the hospital with serious injuries and two others suffered moderate injuries.

One lane on northbound Highway 101 was blocked off for several hours.

As of Thursday evening, the cause of the crash is under investigation.
