Woman Stabbed On Christmas Morning In Santa Maria
In the early morning hours of Christmas day, a woman was stabbed.
It happened around 1:45 a.m. on the 1700 block of N. Pine Street.
Santa Maria Police said Armando Villegas of Santa Maria, stabbed the victim and fled to Guadalupe.
The victim was taken to the hospital where she was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Villegas was arrested in Guadalupe without incident and booked into the Santa Barbara County jail.
He will be charged with attempted murder and domestic violence.
