Carpinteria, San Marcos, & Bishop Diego Post Day One Wins at Cage Classic

Bryson Frazer scored a season-high 22 points to lead host Carpinteria past Laguna Blanca 64-52 in day one action at the Jim Bashore Holiday Cage Classic.

Bryce Ridenour and Elijah Johnson each scored 15 points to lead San Marcos to a 65-45 win over Nordhoff.

Will Busch scored 14 points as Bishop Diego defeated Rio Mesa 48-35.

Channel Islands beat Hueneme 66-54.

Day two is on Tuesday and after taking Wednesday and Thursday off, the tournament picks back up on Friday and concludes on Saturday.
