High School Students Deliver Gifts to Families in Need

A trolly packed with students from Bishop Garcia Diego High School and Santa Claus delivered some Christmas cheer to families in need.

It’s all part of “Project Santa.” Students and faculty adopted and sponsored 16 families this year. On Saturday, they hand delivered Christmas packages and household items to those families.

One parent said without “Project Santa,” her children would not have any gifts under the Christmas tree this year.

“Project Santa,” has become an annual event for Bishop Diego Garcia High School and it’s looking to sponsor more families in the future.
