Salcedo Commits to San Diego State

He is certainly no average Joe and he is eager to show his talents at San Diego State.

With four offers on the table, Bishop Diego High School offensive lineman Joe Salcedo committed to the Aztecs. The senior picked San Diego State over Cal Poly, Nevada and UNLV. He was also recruited by Pac-12 schools Oregon, Utah, and Washington State.

The 6-foot-6, 270 pound lineman moves well on his feet and has the potential to get even bigger and stronger.

In his three years on varsity, Bishop Diego of Santa Barbara went 33-6. Salcedo is an excellent student as he entered his senior year with a 4.0 Grade Point Average.
