Train Like A Pro In Ventura

A new facility to train like a pro has hit the city of Ventura. York’s Core and Fitnessis a functional training center designed to provide quiality personal training to develop athletes for advancement in their specific sport.

There are many attractions at York’s Core and Fitness that makes the facility unique. PSI Sports Angency is located inside the facility as well as a large list of classes to choose from.

“I will be asking all High School coaches for a flag to hang in my gym so all the kids feel like this place is their home,” said owner David York.

York is hoping to host a combine at the facility in the near furture.

“This is exactly what Ventura County needs, and I’m excited to get to work,” said York.
