Mac’s Fish and Chips Donating Pie Sales to Foster Program

If you have a craving for a traditional British holiday pie, you could help foster children in Santa Barbara this month.

Mac’s Fish and Chips on State Street in downtown is selling a special pie, and donating $5.00 of each sale to the Angels Foster Care organization. It places infants and toddlers in loving homes throughout the county.

Owner Grant MacNaughton tells us it consists of layers of:

– Roast Turkey Breast in Turkey Gravy
– Buttered Carrots and Peas
– Sage & Onion Stuffing
– Topped with Pured Parsnip & Mashed Potatoes
– Side of Cranberry Sauce

This creation came from suggestions made by customers.

The pies cost $7.50 each.

The restaurant will be making the pies throughout the month and make a donation in early January.
