Sportsman Lounge Hosts Fundraiser During Anniversary Party
The longtime watering hole on Figueroa St. in Santa Barbara, the Sportsman Lounge, has celebrated its 79th anniversary with a fundraiser for two organizations that help children.
The famous site downtown even had bartenders from other locations come in on Sunday, to help out with the crowd that stopped by to celebrate and enjoy a pot luck meal.
The Sportsman used the event as a fundraiser.
Money raised will go to the “CASA” organization in Santa Barbara and “Casa Pacifica” in Camarillo.
Both agencies help children with educational, counseling, and family needs.
