UCSB Soccer Earns No. 10 Seed in NCAA Tournament
The NCAA Tournament selection committee rewarded UCSB for a terrific regular season by giving the Gauchos a first-round bye and a second round home game in the upcoming 48-team tournament.
UCSB is seeded tenth and will host the winner of Thursday’s game between Penn State and St. Francis Brooklyn. The second round game at Harder Stadium is Sunday at 6 p.m.
The Gauchos enter the tournament having gone undefeated in 10 of their last 11 games and sport an overall record of 12-5-3.
