Sheriff: Man Stabs Neighbor With Pocket Knife
A man is behind bars for allegedly stabbing his neighbor in Isla Vista.
The alleged stabbing happened shortly before 3:00 a.m. Friday on the 6500 block of Del Playa Drive.
The suspect is 22-year-old Ryan Jackson, who allegedly stabbed his 26-year-old neighbor with a pocket knife. Sheriff’s deputies said both got into a verbal fight that led to the stabbing.
They were taken to the local hospital. Jackson was later arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
