Scarecrows at Every Turn in the Santa Ynez Valley
The Fourth Solvang Scarecrow Festival is underway in the Santa Ynez Valley.
115 scarecrows are on display. A map is available at the visitor’s center.
Local residents and tourists can judge them in several different categories such as most humorous, spookiest, and most Danish.
There is also a larger contest going on throughout the Santa Ynez Valley.
A winner will be chosen on November 20.
