Victim Robbed at Gunpoint & Knife Point Near UCSB Campus

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department is looking for two men who robbed a victim at knife point and gunpoint near the UC Santa Barbara Campus Wednesday.

The theft happened around 11:25 p.m. when two robbers, both men, approached the victim at Embarcadero del Norte and forcibly took belongings. The two men then left the area on foot. They are described as black male adults, wearing hooded sweatshirts.

The Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office is investigating and UCSB has sent an email informing all students of the crime.
