Cambria Bank Held Up

A man wearing dark clothing and a clear face mask pulled off a bank heist Thursday at the Rabobank in Cambria.

It happened about 12:30 p.m. at the branch on Main Street.

A bank employee called 9-1-1 saying there was a man waving a gun inside the bank. Law enforcement officers swarmed the site while air units hovered above.

Witnesses described the suspect as a white man in his 40’s, about six feet tall, weighing roughly 200 pounds. He was wearing a dark hoodie and dark pants.

Employees say no shots were fired and the man got the cash he wanted and took off.

He was last seen getting into a dark or medium gray Hyundai two-door coupe.

The F.B.I. is helping in this investigation.
