Oxnard Gang Member Sentenced to Death
An Oxnard gang member is headed to California’s death row.
A Ventura County Judge took the jury’s recommendation and sentenced Jeffrey Aguilar, 27, of Oxnard, to death for the 2008 murder of Gurmohinder Singh.
The Oxnard businessman was robbed before his murder.
The 55-year-old was killed in the parking lot the U.S. Bank on Oxnard Boulevard after withdrawing $100,000 for his check cashing businesses.
