Villa Majella Gets Funding Boost with Fall Music Festival
The Villa Majella maternity home received a fundraising boost over the weekend with the proceeds from the Fall Music Festival. It was held Sunday night at the Serra Hall in Santa Barbara.
Organizers say since 1982 Villa Majella has provided pregnant women with care, education, and guidance.
The facility also offers counseling on life skills along with social and spiritual support groups.
The fundraiser featured live music, a Tri-tip and chicken dinner, desserts and a silent auction.
Over 120 people attended.
