Gun Safety Experts Speak at Town Hall Forum

The Coalition Against Gun Violence hosted a community-wide town hall forum at the Santa Barbara Public Library Thursday evening.

Panelists included an educator, a prosecutor, a high school student and law enforcement officials.

Members of the coalition said they are not opposed to gun ownership, they are opposed to gun violence that can be prevented by gun safety and awareness.

The event coincided with Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
