Body of Woman Found in Ditch Identified
The identity of the woman whose body was recently found in a Santa Paula ditch has been released.
Santa Paula police said she was 43-year-old Christina Guzman. A field worker made the gruesome discovery Wednesday just south of the 126 Freeway and Todd Lane.
Police said the woman’s death is suspicious. She was fully clothed and it appeared she had been there for several days.
The coroner’s office is set to perform an autopsy Friday to determine the cause of death.
