Slow Morning Commute on Northbound Highway 101
Two car crashes in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 near Seacliff caused major traffic delays about 7:00 a.m. Tuesday.
The California Highway Patrol briefly closed northbound lanes to get the disabled vehicles off the road.
The roadway is now open, but there may be residual delays.
