Confused Students Receive Healthcare Guide
Many college students are confused by the new health care enrollment. But now, there’s a guide to help them.
Calpirg advocates released a “Health Insurance 101” guide. It compares different plans and helps people find the most affordable coverage.
“With open enrollment in California starting this week, we know that students have a hard time navigating health care options that are out there. Young people are less likely to have health insurance and also more likely to have questions about what sort of options are out there,” said Kat Lockwood a Calpirg organizer.
