Armed Robbery Near U.C. Santa Barbara
Isla Vista foot patrol and the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that happened near U.C. Santa Barbara.
Officials say a man went up to a woman at Camino Corto and Abrego and took her belongings at knifepoint in Isla Vista before 9 .pm. Wednesday.
They say the robbery happened near the campus, but not on it.
There is no word yet if the woman is a student.
