The new name is Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. It’s owned by billionaire Warrenn Buffet.
Changes are being made on signs throughout the area.
In Santa Barbara County over 160 agents are getting new business cards.
A celebration of the change took place at a lavish $16-million Montecito estate where the first new “for sale” sign was hung. It’s a gated property known as La Case de Suenos.
