AVP Brings Pro Beach Volleyball to Santa Barbara’s West Beach
A mix of local talent, professionals and Olympic champions will hit the sand as the AVP Tour makes a stop in Santa Barbara.
This is the second consecutive year the pro beach volleyball circuit has made a pit stop on West Beach, building a stadium and several courts for the action.

The tournament brings the top players in the world and also gives locals a chance to win their way into the main draw during qualifying rounds. Santa Barbara native Todd Rogers and three-time Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh Jennings are just a couple of the stars that will be hitting the sand.
The four-day free event, kicks off Thursday morning and concludes Sunday with the championship matches.
