Classic Car Owners Gear Up For Car Show
The Coast Village Classic Car Show will make a pit-stop in Montecito in a couple weeks.
Thursday night car lovers got a sneak peak when DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara filled its showroom with some of the classic cars that will be on display Sept. 22 on Coast Village Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The car show poster created by Mark Stehrenberger was unveiled at the preview party. It shows a newly restored 1934 Pierce Arrow owned by event co-chair Dana Newquist. Newquist owns another Pierce Arrow that belonged to a Hollywood legend. He will be on hand to tell you about it.
Santa Barbara County Fire Spokesman David Sedecki will be there too showing off his classic Camaro.
Car owners pay entry fees that will benefit the Special Olympics, but attending the show is free.
