Local Sales Manager – Santa Maria

ABC/NewsChannel 3 in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara has an immediate opening for a Local Sales Manager in our Santa Maria office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and training a team of account executives to achieve station local time and online/digital revenue goals. Previous broadcast sales management experience strongly preferred.

Track record of proven success in management, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and development of new and online/digital business is essential. NPG of California is an EOE. Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and background check.
