Carpinteria looking to make playoffs this year in football
Finish. That is one of the main themes for this year’s Carpinteria High School football team.
The Warriors felt they played well against Tri-Valley League powers Bishop Diego and Nordhoff last year but lost to both as Carp was outplayed in second half.
Carpinteria has good experienced players back including Jorge Arroyo, Ian Craddock, Duncan Gordon and Kevin Stein,
Newcomer Bryson Frazier is a speed burner who should make an impact for the Warriors.Carpinteria opens up the season at Templeton on Friday August 30.
