Orlando Johnson returns to SB to conduct basketball camp
Orlando Johnson is hoping sixty kidstake advantage this weekof a big opportunity the way he did during his rookie year in the NBA.
The former Gauchos star is helping to lead the inaugural Shooting Star Basketball camp at Bishop Diego High School. The three day camp concludes on Wednesday with a barbecue. Johnson will also play in an exhibition game this Friday nightbetween some local NBA pros and the Santa Barbara Breakers. The game starts at 7 p.m. at San Marcos High School.
After not playing much in the first half of this past season, Johnson worked his way into the regular rotation as a rookie guard for the Indiana Pacers. Johnson averaged four points per game and played just over 12 minutes per contest.
