Skyline Flower Growers welcome tour
Skyline Flower Growers joined the California Association of Flower Growers and Shippers to host about 160 wholesalers and retailers to take a tour on the 92 acre farm. It’s part of a Fun ‘N Sun Grower event which is taking place in Santa Barbara.
Joe Golderberg is the farm’s president and CEO and says its been a family business since the Great Depression. Now his two sons are fourth generation and they help him run the company.
Skyline plays a major part on the central coast because their flowers aren’t only sold in California but across the nation. Hosting tours like Fun ‘N Sun attracts buyers who then play a big part in the local economy.
