Teenager injured in late night stabbing
Santa Barbara police are investigating a stabbing in the Mesa area of Santa Barbara.
Authorities were called to the Albertson’s parking lot on Cliff Drive around midnight Monday.
Investigators say they found an 18-year-old man with a non-life threatening stab wound.
The man was uncooperative when questioned by police. He was taken to Cottage Hospital. His condition is unknown.
Police searched the surrounding area, but didn’t find a suspect. Investigators have not yet determined if this incident is gang related.
