Can you identify this suspected thief?
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to identify a man who investigators believe broke into a vehicle in Solvang on June 14 and went on a shopping spree in the Santa Ynez area.
Authorities say the man in this photo also stole the victim’s wallet after he broke into the vehicle and used the victim’s debit/credit card at four different retail stores.
