Firestone Walker 805 Criterium Weekend coming to Central Coast
From pros to beginning cyclists, the Firestone Walker 805 Criterium Weekend at the end of June offers something for everybody.
The largest criterium racing weekend in California will take place in two cities, Buellton and Lompoc. The event is offering 33,000 in cash and merchandise purses.
On June 29 Buellton will host the Avenue of Flags Criterium and the next day is the Valley of Flowers Criterium in Lompoc.
Different races will be staged according to skill level and age group starting at 7 a.m. on each day. There is also a free kids race on both days.
