Brush fire at Calle Mariposa Reina near Gaviota
A brush fire has broken out along the train tracks at Calle Mariposa Reina near Gaviota. It happened around 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
Santa Barbara County Fire engines are on scene as well as two firefighting helicopters.
One lane of the southbound side of Highway 101 is closed. Both lanes of the northbound side are open. Train traffic has been delayed through the area.
A KEYT NewsChannel 3 crew is also on scene.
