Cloris Leachman starring in one-time performance at Granada Theater

Big names are set to take the stage at the historic Granada Theater in Santa Barbara for a one-time-only performance of “My Fair Lady.”

The highly-acclaimed performance includes two-time Tony Award winner Jonathan Pryce and Academy Award winner and multiple Emmy winner Cloris Leachman.

“You can’t believe it would only be for one night,” Leachman said.

The 87-year-old actress plays Mrs. Higgins in the iconic play. But her day job is on the television sitcom “Raising Hope,” where her skills on the small screen could be leading her to another Emmy win.

“I really do think about the audience,” she said.”I don’t want them to have wasted their time. I want to really give them something.”

It’s her charm and amazing comedic timing that makes Leachman a timeless American treasure.

A small amount of tickets are still available for Sunday’s exclusive performance of “My Fair Lady” at the Granada Theater. The show starts at 3 p.m.
