First Republic Bank seeks new Santa Barbara site

First Republic Bank has signed a lease for a vacant site on State and Anapamu Streets in Santa Barbara.

Bank officials expect to renovate the space in time for a grand opening this fall.

First Republic currently has a bank branch on Canon Perdido Street.

The new site was the former location for an Outfitters store.
