Summer movie deal fills theater
Big smiles from little children could be seen in front of the big screen in Santa Barbara today for the first of ten $2.00 summer movie specials.
The film “Ice Age/Continental Drift” drew an audience of over 230 at the Paseo Nuevo Cinemas.
The summer special by Metropolitan Theatres only takes place on Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
One parent said some of the children had never been to a move theater before.
Many of the kids said it was fun, and they want to come back for the other movies.
