Sister City celebration in Santa Barbara

A celebration has marked the 40 year relationship between Santa Barbara and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico through the Sister City Committee.

A special ceremony took place at noon in the Mural Room at the County Courthouse.

Representatives from both cities were on hand. Gifts and resolutions were exchanged.

This weekend along with special city tours, there will be a gala dinner at the El Paseo Restaurant.
