Direct Relief International in Oklahoma

Direct Relief International says it’s supporting the on-going rescue and recovery effort in and around tornado struck Moore, Oklahoma as well as Oklahoma City.

This week the international humanitarian organization says it is set to send more aid and medical supplies to the areas literally destroyed by a series of devastating twisters. DRI says its medical mobile unit is in Moore this weekend and is set stay there as it’s offering support to the thousand left homeless and powerless by nature’s fury.

In additionDRI says $100,000 in emergency cash grants are available and it’s estimated thecash value of the aid and medical supplies already in the regionis well over ahalf-million dollars.
