San Luis Obispo real estate agency opens new office in Ventura
Larry Krogh of GP Real Estate Company said his boutique agency now has offices in San Luis Obispo and Ventura.
Brokers at a new office on Main Street in Ventura held a grand opening Thursday night.
They said the timing couldn’t be better.
Prices are going up and foreclosures are going down.
A Data Quick survey shows that foreclosures have dropped at least 65 percent since last year in San Luis Obipo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Realtors said they wish they had more homes to sell.
It’s a seller’s market but buyers don’t have as much to choose from.
Investors are also improving properties in hopes of flipping them for a profit.
