Man in IV Seriously Injured by Curb Stompers

Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department says a man was assaulted early Sunday morning afterbeingchased downand kicked by three men in boots, resulting in serious injuries for the victim. The unidentified victim washospitalized.

Authorities say the eventunfolded along Abrego Road in Isla Vista and

ended with theassault near Embarcadero Del Norte. On the streets, students

told Newschannel 3 the victim was curb stomped or beaten up before authorities

arrived on the scene. Tonight, the Santa Barbara’s County Sheriff’s Department says

its still looking for three college-age men last seen wearing

white t-shirts.
