Art Career Day Conference

Junior high and high school students pursuing a future in the arts are encouraged to attend this Saturday’s Art Career Day Conference.

Art Without Limits and about eight other organizations are hosting this free event, now in its third year.

From roundtable discussions, to guest speakers and performances, students will learn firsthand what it takes to earn a living as a professional artist.

Whether you are interested in film, dance, design, painting, graphics, acting or photography, there is something for everyone.

The event is Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Santa Barbara City College.

Students must pre-register. KEYT Anchor Shirin Rajaee will be hosting the event and speaking about a career in TV-broadcasting.
