Man arrested for videotaping under women’s skirts

Oxnard police arrested Santa Paula resident Mario Cervada over the weekend, for secretly videotaping women under their clothes.

The recent crimes happened as the victims shopped at Costco in Oxnard.

They say Cervada hid his iPhone to take pictures and videotape women..
The victims usually wore a skirt or dress.

Police say Cervada has done this before, one location includes the Target store in Camarillo.
