California Strawberry Festival Dish contest

For the 30th Anniversary of the California Strawberry Festival, organizers are looking for the tastiest, non-baked strawberry dish this year.

The timed challenge will go down Saturday, May 18 when two finalists will duke it out for the grand prize before judges and festival-goers.

Any one who submits an entry will get a free ticket to this year’s festival which runs May 18 and 19 in Oxnard.
