Papal flag flies in Oxnard

The Knights of Columbus raised a papal flag Wednesday.

The flag is flying over Council 750 in Oxnard.

Grand Knight Edward Castillo said it is their way of acknowledging and welcoming Pope Francis.

The Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic fraternal service organization.
