Man Tries to Sell Stolen Laptop on Craigslist

A man from Santa Barbara County is behind bars for grand theft. Santa Barbara Police say Ari Morguelan is a staff member of the Fielding Graduate Institute stole a laptop computer belonging to a student and tried to sell it earlier this week on Craigslist. They say the victim was attending institute seminars at the Doubletree Resort when her computer was taken. A Fielding Graduate Institute executive identified Morguelan as the suspect from security cameras. The computer has been returned to the victim. Morguelan was booked into the Santa Barbara county jail with a bail amount of $20,000.00.
