Drug Dealers Arrested at Budget Inn

Three suspects are behind bars tonight accused of being part of a narcotics operation. Two suspects are from Morro Bay, Lance Lodolo and Clifton Puett. Alichia Starnes, the third suspect, is from Los Osos.San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s and Narcotics unit went to the Budget Inn located on the 1000 block of Olive Street Wednesday afternoon. Investigators found approximately six ounces of heroin with a street value estimated to be around nine thousand dollars. They also located seventeen hundred dollars, a meth pipe and a samurai sword.
