Alleged Champagne Thief On The Loose

Santa Barbara Police are asking for the public’s help to catch a suspected champagne thief. Police have released surveillance video of a man who is believed to have stolen several bottles Cristal Champagne, valued at 150 dollars a bottle.The thefts happened on New Year’s Day at a market on the Mesa in Santa Barbara.
