Police Catch Suspected Hit and Run Driver
Officers are investigating a possible attempted hit and run crash.It happened just before 10:30 PM on Carrillo and Bath Street. We’re told two cars were involved in an accident.Several Santa Barbara police officers were nearby on a separate call, when they heard the crash.They witnessed a man they believe was the driver of one of the cars attempting to run away.They ran after him, caught him, and arrested him. It’s unknown if there were any injuries in the crash.
